Attendance overview
Rate = (Present + Late) ÷ eligible delivered sessions. Excused absences count in the denominator. Cancelled sessions are excluded. Unrecorded sessions are not assumed delivered.

Recent session records
Training-ground boundary
Not configured. Check-in and attendance saves are blocked until the ground is set.
Administrator settings. Enter the real ground centre and permitted radius when available. No sample location has been configured.
Coach access
Select every age group assigned to each coach. Disabling access blocks their next request. Only the administrator can manage coaches and players.
Daily report to academy owner
Preview and send when you are ready. Reports cover all four groups. No scheduled sending is enabled.
Recent send attempts
Device drafts and sync
Queued attendance uploads when this app is open, online and signed in. It waits for administrator review before entering official totals. Keep the app open until uploads finish. Phone storage can be erased by browser settings or the operating system.
Offline submissions
Capture time and GPS are supplied by the device and are unverified. Pending and rejected drafts do not affect attendance totals. Approval uses the original register revision; changed records require reconciliation.
